For our HackUTD project, we built an app that will be able to guide a user through a well-designed webpage using react and tailwind.css towards a questionnaire that will ask them what model, year, mileage, etc. their vehicle is. Once this information is input, it'll be saved to a database, which was created using SQL to help Toyota employees analyze fuel consumption data from their customers. We were primarily inspired by the theme of the Toyota website implementing various elements like various vehicles, the Toyota logo, and the famous catchphrase "lets go places". We also looked at the RockStarGames' website for GTA VI which was our main inspiration for our home pages scroll down function. Overall as a team we each learned more about creating components, problem solving mostly in tailwind CSS and CSS, along with core lessons like working on a coding project as a team making this a valuable experience.
