Submitted for Fannie Mae challenge Java program to take input spreadsheet and calculate LTV, DTI, and FEDTI, and give scores to the user based on acceptability of different areas. Writes to a new CSV file to store data with newly calculated values, and converts output CSV to JSON. Prints acceptability of different categories for each ID in the spreadsheet to console. Front-end programming and website implementation was planned, but was not able to be implemented.
