🌱 Inspiration

We started from the problem that students struggle to grasp key points in large documents, especially without background knowledge.

🧠 What it does

Users upload PDFs/PPTs → AI summarizes and generates a personalized study guide → Supports Q&A and review features.

🔧 How we built it

• Frontend: Next.js + Typescript + TailwindCSS

• Backend: AWS Serverless + Python

• AI: Upstage API for text extraction & summarization & chat

⚠️ Challenges

• Designing the product since our team doesn't have any designers

• Had hard time to create BE API since we are new to Upstage APIs and logics

🏅 Accomplishments

• Use github/git actions to manage the project FE

• We actually did created fancy webpage even though we don't have designer

📚 What we learned

• Great AI results need structured workflows and well-documented data

• Peer feedback drives product improvement

• We also can make real-world impact by our skills

• Teamwork and communication is the most important part of hackathon

🔮 What’s next

• Aiming to launch product in a mobile version

• AI-based curriculum recommendations

• Real-time lecture summarization & smart notes

• Expand our product to many other fields
