Inspiration
How to meet with clients problems and serve them individually better. How to grow NEVE's Solar panel offer and expand the idea. And how to make this happen in one platform.
What it does
The system we created is a consulting service. The client decides how he/she wants to be contacted. The client can call to the number or send an email to the consultant to ask more about all NEVE's offers for example solar panel, optical fiber, heating. The consultant will visit the client and offer NEVE's services. NEVE will design the hole system to the clients construction. Neve will build the whole system according to clients wishes and needs. The client is able to see the whole process with the help of the App. We created service system that is easy, modern and personal.
How we built it
We built it around the concept of what is needed in a modern eco house.
Challenges we ran into
We had problems with expanding NEVE´s service areas.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of our idea of consulting service and the app around it supporting the clients needs.
What we learned
We learned more about how to use every team members personal skills during the process and work well as a team.
