Inspiration

We noticed the expenses incurred in using A4 papers to report the results of students as well as the stress involved with manual delivery of results to parents after student examination

What it does

This project aims at automating the result delivery to parents via email as well as making result analysis for students easier

How we built it

The examination score of each student was inputted into an excel sheet that contained their data as well as those of their parents (including their email addresses). That database was then connected to PowerAutomate via a flow and the result of the each student was then sent to the email address of each parent as their data were being inserted. The results were further analysed using PowerBI.

Challenges we ran into

Slow network, connecting the database to power automate via a flow,.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to sort out our challenges even while we thought it was impossible. We did what we thought we almost couldn't do.

What we learned

Teamwork is far better than working alone. Anything is possible if you set your heart out to do it.
