The Java applet and all the Java source code is in the master-branch, in the Pacman 3.0 folder. Download all the files (in particular, the srs folder) within Pacman 3.0, and run through an IDE such as Eclipse.
The website built to house this application is in the master-branch, as a textfile. Download as a .html and run through a browser such as Google Chrome.
