Inspiration
We built this project to show how a member portal can deliver different value to different members over time without rebuilding the platform. Many systems treat all members the same, even though new and long-term members have very different needs.
What We Learned
We learned that effective personalization does not need complex technology. Clear rules, good content structure, and thoughtful design can create meaningful user experiences.
How We Built It
This project is a prototype built for demonstration purposes. There is no real authentication, email, or AI — all data is simulated.
The experience changes based on:
- Member segment
- Membership stage
- Selected priorities
Challenges
Our main challenge was keeping the system simple, clear, and realistic while still showing how it can scale across different member types.
Final Note
This prototype shows how one flexible platform can grow with members while staying easy to manage and update.
