Empowering students to make change in their communities.

What it does

Our app MyCOSI creates a scalable techincal solution that promotes mental awareness, connects students to each other and to mentors, and encourages completion of weekly tasks through progress bars and a point system.

How we built it

Our team collaborated to create a multidisciplinary solution through Canva. We used an idea board to facilitate the outline and then we had group discussions during work breaks to collect our thoughts and refocus on the main tasks.

Challenges we ran into

Our greatest challenge was envisioning our main application outline. We needed to bring together the different ideas without leaving out key pointers that our company was requiring. This meant creating complimenting ideas and communicating what our abilities were to maximize our output.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud of our final presentation slide deck because we belive it clearly outlines our user interface and future expansion plans. We are proud of our collaborative ability with each other even though we were acquaintances a day ago!

What we learned

How to accurately pivot our product based on new information gained from team members and mentors. We also learned the strengths of each team member and utilized our strengths in our project creation and presentation formatting.

What's next for Team 7, 7UP

Stay connected, don’t be strangers! We all learned so much from this experience and really got to know each other throughout the process. We can use this knowledge to present our ideas for solutions to day by day problems that arise and give a clear, communicable path for the execution.
