Challenge Requirements were our inspiriation.
What it does
Our interface allows users to query HEB product data, listing the 30 most relevant results to the query.
How we built it
We used Python, PyTorch, GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, and sentence-transformers.
Challenges we ran into
We struggled to select a semantic model and we had merge conflicts.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have a working minimum viable product interface, with the ability to build and query directly within the interface.
What we learned
We improved our skills with GitHub. We also learned that storing data that you calculate is much better than recalculating every time.
What's next for Team 67 HEB Interface
We plan to transform our interface into a fully functioning GUI for customer use.
