Lilac is a self-adjusting support cushion that provides posture corrections and comfort for students that regularly experience sitting-induced back pain. By collecting posture data and changing the form of the pillow, Lilac corrects hunching, slouching and unsupported back posture for maximum comfort. In our market research survey, we found that 89% of high school and college students experience back pain while sitting at least once each day. Lilac addresses this need with an innovative technology using pressure sensors and air pumps that correspond to critical points along the back.
