Stratify organizes the chaos of the job hunt into a sleek RPG-style interface: The Command Center: Visualizes productivity streaks, hiring velocity, and daily objectives. Predictive Intelligence: Calculates your "Win Rate" and Role Saturation Index before you apply, so you don't waste mana on low-odds jobs. Gemini Co-Pilot: A Generative AI hype-man that writes hyper-personalized outreach and offers strategic pivot advice. Skill Gap Analysis: Scores your resume against job descriptions and recommends specific courses to bridge technical gaps. Boss Battles: An AI Interview Simulator (Voice/Text) for rehearsing your pitch in a safe environment.
Frontend: React and TypeScript for a snappy, native-app feel. AI Core: Google Gemini API powers the Co-Pilot, utilizing its large context window to analyze resumes and job descriptions simultaneously. Analytics: Custom algorithms weigh user skills against market density to calculate "Win Rates." Voice: Browser-native Speech-to-Text fed into Gemini for the interview simulator.
The "Hallucination" Problem: Our AI was initially too enthusiastic. We utilized strict prompt engineering to ensure advice remained grounded and professional. Data Viz: Converting complex hiring metrics into fun, readable RPG stats required significant UI iteration.
