Our inspirations was our own situation where we don't get the chance to meet teams company wide. So we enable employees to have interaction in cross team on the basis of their interests. This will enable a healthy culture and a more friendly environment across the organization.

We will make random and unique pairs in cross teams each time to fulfill a goad to have a fun conversation with each employee of the company. For the video calls that we set up, we provide each candidate with the set of ice-breaking questions so that they might not get blank during the meeting.
