Team 27_tactil

Tactil, a pocket-sized multitool designed for users to interact with public surfaces while eliminating COVID-19 contact
Each component is extended and retracted by its own corresponding copper slider such that the user does not interact directly with the tool
A cap covers the tips of the tools on each side when not in use
Stylus for interaction with elevator buttons, keypads, and touchscreens
Prongs for twisting and rotational motions, such as opening the latches of restroom stalls
Hook for opening all kinds of handles, including drawers, car and building doors, grocery store freezers, and restroom faucets

Problem Statement

To minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread from surface to human, the general public will use a portable, adaptable multi-tool that will be used to reduce contact by interacting with numerous surfaces and performing various daily tasks in place of the hand.
