Inspiration
We had to use websites such as schoology during lockdown for remote learning, we had alot of issues with it so we decided to make our own
What it does
Keeps track of classes, homework and timetable A form that allows students to send data to a university and an api to handle the data for the university reducing the need for phone operators
How we built it
we used flask, bootstrap and flask_sqlalchemy to make the website and used fastapi and sqlalchemy to make the api
Challenges we ran into
We attempted to add discord and alexa integration but we couldnt get it to work how we wanted it to and couldnt get the clearing api to handle information right, could't host our website as google cloud and our linux server ran into constant errors
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We made a api that can interact with a database using sqlalchemy and fastapi for alexa integration
What we learned
we learned how to use the fastapi and bootstrap frameworks

we plan to attend more hackathons in the future
