How might we reimagine digital banking services to make big banks feel approachable and transparent in their efforts to support Gen Z's financial goals and build lasting trust and loyalty?

Inspiration

With Spotify Wrapped being very popular amongst Gen-Z due to its visual appeal and concise delivery of information, we wanted to implement some version of it for TD, whilst remaining in line with the organization's branding.

We conducted an internal analysis and also considered our own experience when creating user personas and features.

What it does

TD Wrapped provides a personalized, visually appealing summary of your banking activities, from spending breakdowns to credit scores, addressing the pain of complicated bank statements. It offers tailored recommendations, such as credit cards suited to your spending habits or tips for boosting your credit score.

Additionally, it provides calls to action by highlighting idle funds in your account, showing how they could have grown through investments like GICs. By offering actionable insights and transparent recommendations, TD Wrapped helps users make smarter financial decisions while building trust and maximizing value for both the customer and the bank.
