Inspiration
We were inspired by our strong desire to learn about data science and understand how datasets function overall.
What it does
We were able to develop a machine learning model that predicted whether a patient would live or die based on some critical medical factors.
How we built it
We built it using Python and VSCode.
Challenges we ran into
We had challenges in cleaning up the dataset of any improper values.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of being able to manipulate the machine learning model to predict the outcome of patients.
What we learned
We learned a lot about datasets.
What's next for TD Hospital Exploration Challenge
We would like to tie more specific medical factors to the deaths of patients.
