Inspiration

We were inspired by a lot of the games we've played; in particular, we took inspiration for the dungeon crawler style from Hades and the status effects from Smite and League of Legends.

What it does

It is a tile based game where the player faces different types of challenges in forms enemies and uses abilities to deal damage. The goal is to defeat all the enemies and complete the game.

How we built it

We built the tilemaps in Tiled and the game in the Phaser.js engine.

What's next for Elementario

We are working on implementing levels that allow players to level up their base stats and abilities and face stronger opponents as they unlock new zones. This will allow players to create variety of builds and do speed runs to compete against other players on global leaderboard based on their completion time. If that works well, we hope to expand the game with a cohesive story that follows the themes of the map and enemies which will increase the enjoyment of players.
