Inspiration
I had an idea, to make every woman out there achieve the skies, without any obstacles, being together, being stronger, being us, being me!
Our aim is to have a one stop solution, a single place for everything from opportunities to a safe place to discuss everything, recent updates, a place to show their works and so much more!
What it does
It's a portal where we've various features to help create a safe space and empower women!
Features:
- Blogs : It's a space where we've some handpicked blogs linked for our users sharing the latest happenings in the world!
- Gallery : It's a place for the users to share any works that they work upon. Sharing and encouraging each other, encouraging a highly supportive community!
- Opportunity : It's a place where user can post various events and opportunities with respective hashtags. It can be used for excusive openings and opportunities for women, upcoming events and much more. After user clicks on hashtag, they'll be redirected to a page having events only under that hashtag, furthermore they can subscribe to this to get notifications!
- Expert Zone: A space to reach out to experts in the field. Users can look up NGO's and get help from experts directly by sharing their queries on the panel. These queries will show on the Expert panel and can be taken forward by the expert/doctor.
- Shop: Shop for anything and everything, being open! Women at times hesitate to buy things in public, hence here's a safe space for everything!
- Review: Exclusively for women mentorship, connecting various women in all domains to share their views with each other. Users can add their resumes and projects for review. Moreover they can also leave comments and feedback helping someone level up!
How we built it
We built it using Angular and Firebase.
Challenges we ran into
Implementing all the features in the given time constraint was one of the major challenges for us! Managing our time, the right way helped us a lot in successfully building the product. It was an amazing learning experience for us overall!

We are proud of overcoming our challenges and building the application.
What we learned
A lot and lot of things, and creating the game was such a fun experience! It was truly amazing to see it working finally!
What's next for our application
Adding more features for so women can better connect, adding support for accessibility, and so much more!
- I plan to take a survey to understand the needs better and take this project forward as a startup idea as well.
- Analyzing their responses will help me evaluate which parts I should develop further and how to improve the application in various ways.
