During quarantine, our team found ourselves cutting back on the amount of exercise that we were getting. Meetings with previously inaccessible people are now at the touch of a button, and you don't get the exercise you normally would by walking to places. On especially busy days, our team found ourselves with only 20-30 of free time throughout the day between classes and meetings, and especially when you factor in homework and other things to do.

Enter Fast Fitness, a new and innovative way to stay fit with your busy schedule. Simply enter the times you cannot work out (during school or work), how many days you work/go to class a week, and some other basic information about what you want to get out of your fitness plan, and Fast Fitness will devise a plan tailored to you over the course of an entire month so you can get exercise recommendations that are tailored to you and your busy schedule.

This project was a challenge for both of us since we both had only 3-4 months of experience in rudimentary Python and had never worked with a project on this scale before. We ran into many issues with importing libraries, bugs, and other things, but we persevered and made it through. We both came out of this hack with a much deeper understanding of Python and its robust applications, as well as how hard coding an application really is.

In the future, we hope to work more on our project by giving Youtube videos tailored to the amount of time the consumer has, as well as make our platform more user-friendly.
