Inspiration

When we were creating a proposal generator for agencies and studios, we noticed something: agency owners and sales managers were spending a ton of time updating their proposals just to close a deal. We thought, why not make this process quicker and smarter with AI? That's how we decided to focus on making proposal iterations faster and better using AI technology.

What it does

Our Product lets users quickly check their current proposals and pinpoint what needs to be improved. Then, with just a bit of new information, it creates an improved version of the proposal in just one minute. It's like having a super-smart agent who specializes in making proposals better!

How we built it

We built this tool with two special AI models: one for evaluation and one for improvements. The evaluation model looks at the proposals you give it and scores them based on set criteria to see how good they are. The improvement model then takes over to refine these proposals. We trained both models specifically to understand what makes a proposal stand out.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was meeting the unique needs of creative agencies. Their proposals have special details that are different from other kinds of agencies, which made it tough to get our AI just right.

What we learned

We learned that user experience (UX) really shapes how we set up our AI models—from deciding what inputs are needed to how the outputs are created. We also found that checking if our model works well is crucial step. Once we know it works, we can always make it better later.

What's next for Yess

Starting with proposal evaluations, we're planning to build a complete AI-powered system to change how agencies handle everything—from getting new clients to managing budgets and talking to customers. We want Yess to help agencies work smarter, not harder. We're starting with smaller agencies but aim to help even the big ones soon, breaking new ground in how agencies grow and succeed.

Impact

Agencies have always faced challenges in scaling up and managing lots of projects. With Yess AI, we're looking to change the game by integrating smart AI tools into agency workflows. This will help agencies manage projects more efficiently, grow their sales without hiring more people, and increase profits by cutting down on manual work. It's all about helping agencies do more great work without the extra hassle.
