Tayba is a solution for the accumulating garbage in cans, composed of a smart can notifiying a mobile application.

After hearing about the Hajj Hackathon, We asked Khala Saadia, who was a pilgrim last year, about the problems which disturbed her sacred trip of pilgrimage. We had a long conversation about the huge amount of garbage that she considered due to the great crowd of pilgrims, she mentioned that leftovers were almost everywhere and cans get full in very short time after emptying them.

What it does

We thought about a smart solution to improve garbage managment with smart can equiped with weight sensors, code reader and notifying system which sends a signal to the mobile application of the nearest geolocated recycler ferm collaborator or the track rider.
