Inspiration

What inspired mainly me, Kristián, to participate in this challenge, is that my nephew was constantly asking me to buy him some in-game coins. And I allways told him to be careful about his spendings, and to spend money only on things he needs.

What it does

This app provides basic informations about spendings and incomes, it will allow kids to ask for money and to send money, and also will provide some informations here and then around the app about things they might be curious about. There wil also be virtual coins, so kids can learn how to spend and save money with virtual coins, so that they don't spend real money. They can get those coins by solving challenges in app.

How we built it

Right now, it is built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Challenges we ran into

We as a team separated to do different challenges, so this challenge was being solved by Kristián and Matúš. The time management was probably the hardest thing to manage and also choosing the technologies we both know and can work on.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud, that as a beginner coders, we were able build something that atleast resembles some basics of how this app would look like.

What we learned

We learned alot about web development and we are looking forward to learn even more. It was really hard to time manage this challenge, but we believe that our solution has some potential.

What's next for Tatra Banka kids app

Our project is nowhere near finish so we would add more interactions with kids, work on features that were not yet implemented and so on!
