Taste is a food discovery project made initially available on the web for user's to more conveniently decide where to eat. Using supervised artificial intelligence strategies, Taste identifies the user's current genre of appetite based on a variety of features including: time, date, and location. Various APIs were utilized in referring certain restaurants, depicting the meaning of extracted text from sources such as twitter feed, and wrapping everything up in a quick and dirty web framework; These include: Django, Locu, Alchemy, and Twitter Bootstrap. We also plan to unroll a bidding system in the near future where restraunts can pay for biased artificial intelligence. All in all, these APIs made it possible to hack another layer of abstraction to help the end user more conveniently find where to eat.
