Inspiration

Managing team action items across chat threads leads to lost tasks and unclear effort estimates.

What it does

TaskPilot AI transforms unstructured team updates into structured task items with assignees, due dates, and estimated effort hours. It requests inline human approval via Telegram before automatically creating Trello cards via n8n.

How we built it

Python 3.14, FastAPI backend, Qwen Cloud LLM (qwen-turbo), python-telegram-bot, n8n MCP workflow engine, and Trello REST API.

Accomplishments

100% verified end-to-end pipeline, ~1.5s extraction latency, 0ms perceived UI placeholder, and 10/10 automated E2E & Chaos tests passed.
