Inspiration We wanted to make AI more useful by helping people turn everyday instructions into real actions.

What it does TaskPilot AI is a productivity assistant designed to organize tasks, prioritize work, manage schedules, and automate workflows using AI agents and connected tools.

How we built it The proposed architecture uses React for the interface, Spring Boot and Java for the backend, PostgreSQL for data storage, and AI tool calling with MCP for integrations.

Challenges The key challenges are reliable tool execution, maintaining context, and making automation safe and easy to use.

What's next We aim to integrate more productivity tools, improve workflow automation, and support a broader range of real-world tasks.
