Inspiration : Healthcare providers spend more time wrestling with EMRs and alerts than engaging with patients. We wanted to reimagine clinical intelligence so doctors can focus on care, not clicks.

What it does: TaskForceAI acts as a healthcare copilot by delivering patient context, risks, costs, and summaries instantly. It integrates billing, research, and workflows into a sleek, agentic interface.

How we buit it: We combined Impiricus (medical brain), CedarOS (interface), and Ergo/Mastra (backend orchestration). Specialized agents parse EMRs, surface risks, and auto-generate patient visit summaries

Challenges we ran into: Integrating diverse data sources, reducing alert fatigue without losing critical insights, and ensuring seamless provider control were our biggest hurdles.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: We built an end-to-end copilot that streamlines workflows, saves time, and empowers providers with clarity while keeping patient care at the center.

What we learned: We learned that building trust with clinicians is just as important as building the technology. Automation must be transparent, reliable, and explainable so providers feel supported, not replaced. We also discovered the importance of reducing noise through surfacing only what truly matters can save time, lower fatigue, and improve care quality.

What's next for TaskForceAI: Scaling to more EMR systems, enhancing predictive risk modeling, and piloting with healthcare providers to measure real-world impact.
