Inspiration
As students, we juggle assignments, exams, extracurriculars, and personal goals every day. We realized that most planners either feel too basic, too rigid, or don’t actually help us manage our energy and time effectively. That inspired us to create TaskFlow — a smart, student-centered task manager that doesn’t just list what you need to do, but helps you decide when and how to do it. Our idea was to build a planner that adjusts to students’ schedules, learns their energy levels, and combines AI suggestions with manual flexibility.
What it does
TaskFlow is a smart, student-centered planner that helps you organize every part of your academic life. You can add assignments, exams, activities, projects, and recurring events, all displayed in one clean dashboard. The system lets you log your energy levels, adjust your sleep schedule, and track how your daily rhythm changes over time. Using this information, TaskFlow generates an AI-made study schedule that recommends when you should work, based on your energy patterns, deadlines, and priorities. If you prefer control, you can also create a manual schedule alongside the AI one. TaskFlow includes a dedicated space to view recurring events, plus a separate section for AI recommendations
