🎯 The Problem That Inspired Me

After meetings, I consistently forgot action items and missed deadlines. Last month, I missed 3 important tasks because they were never tracked properly. My team faced the same issue — we’d have great discussions but lose track of who needed to do what and by when.

I built TaskFlow AI to solve this: an app that automatically extracts action items from meeting notes and turns them into tracked tasks with reminders.

🚀 How I Built TaskFlow AI with MeDo

I built this entire app in under 2 hours with zero coding using MeDo, an AI-powered no-code platform. Here’s my exact process:

Step 1: Described the App in Natural Language

I told MeDo:

“Build a productivity app called ‘TaskFlow AI’ with a dashboard, task form, meeting notes section with AI action item extraction, and email/Slack reminders.”
