Taskflow

Taskflow is a role-based task management web application developed using HTML, CSS Grid, and JavaScript to simplify task organization and project management. As the Team Lead & Frontend Developer, I was responsible for coordinating the team, designing the user interface, and developing frontend functionalities. The application includes admin and user login, task creation and assignment, interactive dashboards, calendar scheduling, deadline reminders, and project progress tracking. It enables administrators to manage tasks and monitor team performance while allowing users to view assigned tasks and update their progress. The main objective is to improve team collaboration, accountability, productivity, and timely project completion.
