Inspiration

Regular, simple and traditional to-do apps were a bit old fashioned.

What it does

It can open websites for you at the right time, as opposed to traditional to-do's just reminding you.

How we built it

We used multi-threading, made a GUI (using TKinter) and created the backend using Python.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We managed to pull it off in the given time, and were able to fulfil our expectations.

What we learned

Team work, multi-threading and TKinter.

What's next for Tasker

We intend to extend support for Linux and Mac-based systems. Also intend to add a local database in the form of a JSON file, so that the tasks can be stored in case the app is killed.
