It all started with an idea. As I spent far too much time enjoying all the growly males on tiktok, I realized that I'd probably get things done if one of these men were telling me “good girl” after I finished boring tasks. See, I've been a paranormal romance author for eight years. I love my genre and all the smutty fun it inspires. Add a little ADHD hyper-fixation and let the hackathon challenge begin.

So, armed with my limited knowledge from an internet class where we made a web page with basic html, I began the crazy notion that I could build this idea of mine.

A few days in, I began to question my sanity. Ten days in, I wanted to break my ridiculously old desktop computer. There was crying, swearing, and many days I wanted to give up. But that's not me. I always finish what I start. Even if it takes years. (Having to get two Master's degrees to become a teacher is one of many stories that started in much the same way. Needless to say, I'm stubborn with a superwoman complex.)
