Task Tornado

Inspiration

We inspire this project from our daily studying. When we were doing brainstorming, we find out that we have the similar issue during the studying. The issue is that when we were making notes, we spend a lot of time on searching our questions on the internet and input the specific questions we have.

What it does

This project will be an application that allows students to easily circle content to receive context-sensitive help. The sidebar will have various functionalities that can assist students in real-time based on their needs, making studying more efficient and dynamic.

How we built it

The prototype will be presented by using Figma.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges we faced was ensuring that the sources AI searching on are reliable and relevant solutions across different subjects. This related to the questions of how the data of our project collectives and is our biggest challenges we ran into.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of developing an AI-powered study assistant that enhances the note-taking experience by providing instant solutions, hints, related concepts, and similar practice problems. Our biggest accomplishments is the designing of this app and how it help student reduce the time they spend on searching for help.

What we learned

We learned the importance of balancing AI assistance with independent learning and how different subjects require unique approaches. We also learned how to think more detail when we trying to approach our idea and determine whether it's possible to do or not.

What's next for Task Tornado

We plan to refine Task Tornado by improving AI accuracy, enhancing the search algorithm for better practice problem recommendations, and expanding its ability of handling handwritten notes.
