Task Management App

Inspiration

I was motivated by the need for better organization tools that cater to both personal and team productivity. Observing how people struggle with scattered task lists and ineffective collaboration sparked the idea for this project.

What it does

The Task Management App is designed to help individuals and teams manage their tasks more efficiently. It was inspired by the challenges of staying organized in a busy environment and aims to simplify task management through an intuitive interface.

How we built it

The Task Management App was developed using React for a dynamic front-end and Node.js with Express.js for the back-end. MongoDB served as the database for managing user data, and Firebase Authentication ensured secure logins. Real-time updates were implemented with Socket.io to enhance collaboration features.

Challenges we ran into

Ensuring a responsive design and integrating real-time updates were significant hurdles that enhanced my problem-solving skills.
