As the project founder, I was responsible for the overall product vision and system design of TapLive.

My contributions include defining the core application scenarios, designing the high-level system architecture, clarifying module responsibilities, setting basic risk-control considerations, and coordinating collaboration across different development areas.

I also handled project documentation, roadmap planning, and communication with collaborating developers to ensure the project could be built and demonstrated effectively during the hackathon.
