We were inspired by the invisible pressure international students face when searching for jobs under strict visa timelines. After hearing firsthand stories of wasted months and missed sponsorship opportunities, we realized there was no reliable tool that provided clear, actionable guidance. We wanted to build something that reduced uncertainty and leveled the playing field.

What it does

Tao is an AI-powered platform that helps international students identify visa-friendly jobs and plan their OPT to H-1B transition. It analyzes job postings and historical H-1B data to predict sponsorship likelihood and prioritize high-opportunity roles. Users receive a personalized dashboard with timelines, recommendations, and risk indicators.
