Inspiration
The idea behind Tami Agenda is that it’s very easy to lose track of time in quarantine. It is easy to mix up your different tasks when you are doing all your work from your computer, so Tami Agenda keeps all your tasks organized in one place.
What it does
Along with completing your tasks, it can be hard to stay on track, which is why a Pomodoro timer is included. This timer was coded to cycle between 25 minutes of work, and 5 minute breaks. This will help the user to focus on their work.
How we built it
The interface was created in GUI, and is very simple and clear so that the user does not get distracted by our program. We got source code for the timer as well.
Challenges we ran into
Challenges we faced were making the timer countdown properly. Making it not skip a minute at 24:59 Implementing the timer into a GUI system.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Completing our first hackathon successfully.
What we learned
How to work as a team, how to create a timer, more on how GUI works.
What's next for TAMI Agenda
Make the timer look more aesthetically pleasing. Be able to edit the timer settings. Be able to change the date. Make the info save on the GUI. Make the sound byte for our alarm be able to automatically switch to the users file path.
