🚀 Our Inspiration
Recruitment is currently a major bottleneck for global growth. We observed HR teams struggling with three major "pain points":
- Workload: The fastidious and time-consuming task of manual CV reviews.
- Expertise Gap: A lack of deep operational knowledge to properly assess specialized candidates.
- Friction: Long wait times leading to a poor experience for the best talent.
We were inspired to build Talently to turn the $1tn global HR market on its head by replacing manual hurdles with an intelligent AI HR agent.
🛠️ How We Built It
We developed Talently as a B2B SaaS platform that prioritizes contextual intelligence.
The core of our project is the Personalized Application Link. Unlike a standard form, our system:
- Analyzes the applicant's uploaded CV in real-time.
- Generates a fully tailored test based on the specific business context.
- Executes autonomic scoring and ranking to help HR identify top talent instantly.
What We Learned & Challenges Faced
The biggest challenge was moving beyond simple keyword matching. We had to ensure our AI could perform a thorough assessment that felt human and fair.
