Inspiration
The world of talent management is broken and full of inefficiencies. WEB3 offers a new way to fix it for good, and Talent Vault leverages the power of blockchain to change the process that sucks for candidates, recruiters and organizations involved.
What it does
We create micro-credentials in form of SBTs, and redistribute payment for "job posting" (in fact for candidate search) to the candidates who are willing to get hired and to those who made it possible for the candidates to be an attractive prospective employee.
How we built it
We built the smart contract, the back end, then the FE, and then connected all that. It was hard work - blood sweat and tears :-)

too little time to express, but NFT minting schedule was one of them

We got even more convinced that it seems to make sense.

Redistribution smart contract, UX improvements, full account abstraction, client onboarding :-)
