How we built it We architected a FastAPI backend with a multi-model LLM orchestration (OpenAI for deep analysis, Gemini for speed, AINA for Catalan context), ensuring reliability across different analysis stages. Our core algorithm weighs 50% skills, 25% responsibilities, 15% ambitions, 10% dedication to generate an insightful gap matrix—transforming raw employee data into actionable talent intelligence that scales from 10 to 300 employees.
Challenges we ran into Balancing algorithm precision with real-world HR complexity was brutal. We wrestled with handling messy CSV data, ensuring dedication percentages summed to 100%, and making AI recommendations actionable, not aspirational.
