Problems: 1- The lack of knowledge and awareness of technology by the pilgrims. 2- Problems arising from misunderstandings and language differences. 3-The accumulation of inquirers to the police or hajj employers for several different questions and needs
Application Explanation: The application is controlled by AL-Mutawf, to determine the status of the pilgrim based on 3 main cases The administrator (AL-Mutawf) is responsible for changing the situation.
Key objectives: 1- Visual language as an essential tool substitute for linguistic language. 2- Removes the need for needing a translator. 3- Facilitate the task of AL-Mutawf and the people of Hajj.
