Inspiration
As young aspiring software developers we got crashed by cruel reality of job market. There are a lot of sent résumés, only few responses and even less interviews. That got us thinking why personal interview should be such a treasure.
What it does
It leverages cutting-edge AI technologies to automate the interview process via allowing online screenings by online AI agents performing an automated AI call.
How we built it
We use the ElevenLabs conversational AI along with per-company customized interview script, coding challenges, requirements and automated solution testing platform.
Challenges we ran into
- Flowless realtime communication between the web UI, our API and the ElevenLabs' products.
- Using webhooks locally.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Low latency of our solution.
- Fully working POC (Proof Of Concept).
- Working automated interview process.
