tAI Final Pitch

Inspiration

As students and TAs, we are first-hand observers of the inefficiencies in large classes—students don't receive the support they need when they need it and classroom staff have a hard time gauging where the class stands until exam time.

What it does

tAI improves the learning process by providing a chatbot trained on course materials, problem sets generated on the course materials, and data-driven insights for teachers to use to improve the learning process.

How we built it

We built it using React, LLMs, DynamoDB, and more.

Challenges we ran into

The challenges we ran into largely included what features to include and not to include. There are a lot of thing that can be done to improve the learning experience and it was a challenge to prioritize the most important and impactful ones.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have a fully working demo and got honorable mention for CIS senior design.

What's next for tAI Final Pitch

The next step is to beta test with real professors.
