Tahi

Inspiration

The current social circumstances around the world make it difficult to make sure everyone is living in harmony in this world. Since many people, who are actually quite a few in number, widely feel they are getting mistreated, I decided to work on the prototype of Tahi, which actually means "Together" in Maori.

What it does

It connects different people belonging to Marginalised communities to join each other, talk and morally emotionally, and financially support each other. The lawyers are on board with us on this platform so that the people are facing any legal issues because each territory got its constitution. Moreover, people can just donate to help support the marginalized community members

What we learned

It was the first time I get to know about the diversity we have around the world, and they are not given equal rights, nor they are treated equally with others.

What's next for Tahi

There's always room for improvement and Tahi will continue to improve on the feedback. We will try to onboard other regional and global NGto to make it much more inclusive to many marginalized people.
