Inspiration

The current situation has highlighted importance of maintaining local activity. We need flexibility and local coordination. Communication is crucial to achieving these objectives. If we cannot reach out to people because of containment, but need to be able to contact people without knowing them, we need a tool that does not exist today. Social networks provide us with the beginnings of a solution, but they do not guarantee the security and anonymity that are crucial in this day and age. We would need to go further in specifying the geographical area covered by the message.

What it does

Tagh allows the exchange of enriched and potentially anonymous messages around a geographical position. This message can take various forms (post, videos, forms, chat, announcements, ...). Tagh provides tools to manage messages according to usage. By example, usages will be : Alert users of an immediate danger Offer information and public services in relation to place and time Publish local commercial messages and services Leaving private messages based on group membership The users of the solution would be able to communicate one to one, one to many, many to many. Messages are in group attached to a geographical position and can be view in a limited time. When a user is connected to a group messages are delivered to him. Every messages, users, groups have limited time of life.

Tagh give the impossibility to trace users and give him anonymity.

How I built it

We have drafted the functional, technical and infrastructure specifications necessary. We want to launch TagH with an ecological and reasoned vision of resources so limit energy consumption with a 24h time living of each message. The whole system is based on colaboration, the technology help users and don't remplace them.

Challenges I ran into

The first challenge was how to moderate information in public group. So we created the crowdtrusting that is a concept that elect a governance of moderator for each teme.
