Tabled - From Reel to Meal

Inspiration

We and our girlfriends kept seeing great recipes on TikTok but actually getting from a saved video to a grocery list and into the kitchen was always a hassle. So we built an app that does it for you: paste a TikTok link, get the recipe and ingredients, go cook.

What it does

Paste a TikTok link. Get ingredients and steps. Export grocery list to Apple Reminders. Cook with step-by-step timers. Done.

How we built it

SwiftUI + SwiftData on iOS. FastAPI on Vercel serverless. Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite for extraction. RevenueCat for payments.

The whole flow works end to end. Not a demo. A real product. Paste link, get recipe, export grocery list, cook with timers.

What we learned

One flow done right beats ten half-baked features. Build something you actually want to use.
