Executive Summary
We interviewed two aviation professionals and of their concerns were layoffs. We validated this concern through research. We then used a Top Down approach, focusing on the customer and their pain points, seeing how existing tools/processes would solve the problem, and build a solution based on the gaps in the market. Using this approach, we defined our solution to be an app focused on the employment needs of those affected by layoffs.
Design/Features
The Key Feature is on leveraging OCR to parse through a resume, obtain key words / skills that can transfer to other industries, and use the findings to curate a daily list of recent job postings available for immediate hire.
