Inspiration :
The inspiration behind building the crowd-sourcing platform is to provide a facility for care representatives to groom the crowd (t-mobile customers) to be as good as them so that the un-carrier move can be scaled.
What it does :
This platform will enable the crowd to respond to daily customer queries which will only be posted once approved by the care-rep. The answer, modified and personalized by care-rep, will be posted to both the customer and part of crowd that participated. This will lead active part of the crowd to eventually be self sufficient and personally trained by the care-reps and hence can be utilized in the cases of resource crunch (e.g. Holiday seasons).
How I built it :
We used Django.
Challenges I ran into :
Privacy issues.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of :
Giving care-reps, Our Batmans, a Robin.
What I learned :
Practical challenges we felt that care-reps faces when we actually made two calls during the hackathon with our actual problems. 1) Network Issue 2) Better data-plan.
What's next for t-robin:
Call routing based on comfort level analysis between Customer and Care Rep.
