Inspiration

Customer feedback is often reactive. I wanted to build a platform that detects issues early and turns feedback into an engaging, rewarding experience for both users and T-Mobile.

What it does

Pulse Point tracks customer sentiment in real time using AI. Users share feedback, report issues, and earn points, badges, and rewards. The system visualizes trends and alerts teams to problems instantly.

How I built it

Built with React 19 + Vite, Firebase Realtime Database, and Auth0 for secure logins. Google Gemini AI powers live sentiment analysis. Features include a full gamification engine, themed UI, and real-time issue routing.

Challenges I ran into

Balancing API integration, performance, and sentiment accuracy was tough. Designing meaningful gamification and maintaining a smooth, responsive dashboard required multiple iterations.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Building a production-ready app by myself and integrating all the AI and API keys correctly and making a polished UI.

What I learned

I gained experience with React and JavaScript, and learned how to seamlessly integrate AI features and Auth0 authentication into a web application.

What's next for Pulse Point

Focus on refining the UI, fixing bugs, and expanding the platform with additional data, features, and gamified quests to further enhance user engagement.
