The T-Mobile Happiness Index is a real-time, data-driven platform designed to measure and visualize how customers feel about their T-Mobile experience. Inspired by T-Mobile’s commitment to customer obsession and innovation, our goal was to transform raw data into actionable insights that reflect customer sentiment as it happens. The system aggregates live data from multiple sources—such as social media, feedback surveys, and network performance metrics—and processes it using natural language processing (NLP) to determine the emotional tone of customer feedback. These results are then combined into a unified “Happiness Score” displayed on an interactive dashboard, allowing teams to identify emerging issues, recognize positive trends, and improve the overall customer experience. By merging data engineering, sentiment analysis, and intuitive visualization, the T-Mobile Happiness Index empowers teams to not only understand how customers feel but to proactively enhance their happiness in real time.
