Inspiration

Our inspiration was to solve the issue of high quantity of customer feedback being pushed to companies and how they can use our website to reduce their workload and solve issues within a short period of time.

What it does

Analyzes trends, customer sentiment and issues that need to be resolved.

How we built it

We created the website and its framework using html and used python, javascript to simulate an API that would feed the website with customer feedback at real-world pace. We collected every post on Instagram, X and Facebook that mentioned T-Mobile through an API to get real-time sentiment and feedback.

Challenges we ran into

Trying to integrate the API into our code and making it work so that it finds every T-Mobile specific post and converts them in a database for us to display on our website.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a working website that allows you to understand the customer sentiment for every part of T-Mobile's business and help uncover issues early to solve them.

What we learned

Combining python, javascript and html coding to create a working website that adds information to simulate a real-world scenario using the integration of a live API.

What's next for T-Mobile Happiness Index

We will use the T-Mobile database to fully integrate this website into their software for their customer support department to be able to resolve customer issues with a higher efficiency and eliminate the risk of high impact issues early.
